This is the first ever posting of this section by WKCC, This section of 2 miles, the creek has clean water and very slow flow, it will present as shallow with a gravelly bottom. There are about 8 gravel bars where the creek tongues and water speeds up a little. In this section trees form a very pretty Cathedral Arch over the creek. There is nothing here to get a paddler in trouble, this paddle is highly suitable for Learners & Newbies. Both Launch & takeout from private property with permission. The launch while primitive is good, the Takeout itself is good, it does have a steep slope inland from the creek.
