About this event
The lower section of the Luckiamute, this paddle is short at about 4 miles, but it feels longer. The paddle starts off creeking at a low gentle flow, it becomes tidal and slack about a mile before the confluence onto the Willamette. We travel down the Willamette about 1 1/2 miles and will see the Buena Vista Ferry in action. This paddle is highly suitable for learners and newbies. The launch is steep and primitive, the takeout is developed and easy. Register for this paddle to receive an email Friday evening with details about the launch, Shuttle and Takeout.
